Rock in Rio is on of the world's major music and entertainment festivals. For the 2017 edition, we had the challenge to sell the first batch of tickets, over 100 thousand of them, during one of Brazil's deepest financial and political crisis.
In order to announce the tickets selling, we came up with Rock in Rio Racing, a mobile and desktop game that recreates an iconic moment in Rock in Rio, the race from the gates to the front of the stage, awarding the fastest players with free tickets,
During the 8 days of promotion, we had over 100 thousand players, a daily average of 21 minutes of brand exposure and the 120 thousand tickets sold out in 1h58m.
