The Fishermen of Guadalupe Cooperative Society is a community with a rich tradition in artisanal crab fishing. Located in the Huave-Zapoteca area of ​​the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Oaxaca, where the richness of the mangrove maintains the biological balance of the coastal landscape.

Its more than 40 members have maintained the artisanal coastal fishing of shrimp, crab and scale; using responsible techniques that reduce the impact of the ecosystem, with ethical capture systems (mesh nets and light that allow small species to escape) as a development engine. This has allowed us to build a solid company that guarantees products of the highest quality, economic autonomy and diversification of activities where the entire community is integrated into the value chain.
