The Blue Cube TempoTrack is installed above a flotation cell and can be used for real-time optimisation of flotation processes used in mining metals, measuring;

• Froth height from the lip of the flotation cell
• Tempo at which the froth runs over the lip of the cell
• Stability based on the bubble bursting rate

The project required collaboration with electrical engineers to optimise functional layout of specified components as well as achieve IP65 rating and installation fail safes for the platinum mining industry.
