A Chief Experience Officer has their fingerprints on everything and their signature on nothing. This is because experience is intrinsic to business success and ties back to ever aspect of a company's operations.
My role at Accenture Interactive is focused on successfully designing and delivering commercial and creative growth opportunities for both clients and our companies.
I am most proud of my work with organisations that are continually challenging and evolving the definition of customer and brand experience. These include Adidas, Barclaycard, Coca-Cola, Disney, Doconomy, Ikea, Lego and Universal Music Group.
I'm a guest lecturer on empathy and ethics in design at HyperIsland and serve as a mentor to members of Makerversity, the home of start-up maker businesses at Somerset House.
I'm interested in ethics and empathy of design, how technology is shaping humanity and intersectionality. I'm the founder of elsewhere studio, a free offering that uses design thinking to help people get unstuck when facing big decisions in life and work.
