Laura contacted me to do a photoshoot for her and her girls. Issue 1 of her magazine, was a smash hit and I managed to get a good few shots into that issue, I was pumped. So when she booked me in for a shoot. I had no idea of what was to come.
The swell was pumping the weather was perfect and the rest just fell into place.
The girls were shredding and I was in my element. Good size surf and incredible light.
We got out of the sea and we had a gander over the back of the camera to see what I had captured, flicking through the photos slowly, Laura yelled "thats the one, that's the cover!"
CLIENT REVIEW
Alex is an incredibly skilled surf and water photographer. We did a shoot with him for Issue 002 of the magazine and used his images throughout the mag, as well as on the front cover. His shots and editing were right on brand with the theme and style of the magazine. He went above and beyond for this shoot, paddling out during a decent sized swell and editing the shots very quickly after the shoot. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a water-based shoot.
