Festive season is Starbucks season — and as the coffee merchants wheel out the pumpkin spice lattes in time for chilly Christmas weather, Iris London has unveiled a new spot to get customers into the festive spirit.
Directed by Andy Martin and in collaboration with illustrator Alice Wietzel, Starbucks highlights its flexible service amidst enduring, pandemic-related disruption. Take-away drinks and door-to-door deliveries are at the heart of this festive animated spot, in which friendly baristas and dancing coffee-drinkers share decadent Christmas treats in shades of green and red.
We licensed the Tasha Robertson track ‘Boxes’ for the new animated piece. A joyful, folk number about spreading cheer, love and laughter, it fits the mood and spirit of the Starbucks Christmas effortlessly.
