To complement the lore flyers, Z fold instruction sheets were designed for event organisers providing them with all the information required for them to run a successful event. To keep cost but without compromising on design impact.

Before proceeding with printing all of the designs, artwork and copy had to be approved from the Games Workshop®. In terms of manipulating the art assets, they were open to multiple changes as long as the theme and overall impact of the artwork was not lost.

Certain events were held simultaneously across the UK and US. This required artwork sizing to be altered for US printing, demanding two separate grid systems be designed to meet the requirements of each region.
