About me

My working experience sits across a number of industries, Banking & Finance and Media being where I've spent most of my professional life.
I am a competent leader with many years spent in leadership roles within Contact Centres, am an engaging Facilitator/Coach passionate about Learning & Development and after two decades of working in the Media industry as an actor, presenter, radio announcer and copywriter, am able to draw on many of these skills.

I'm currently employed by Sydney Water, coaching and developing staff within the business' customer service division (CSD). I am extremely passionate about 'customer experience' and am really looking forward to having a part to play in helping evolve service delivery within Sydney Water.
