Gruff Lewis a team rider for Ribble Pro Cycling recently became the 2019 Welsh RR Champion. As a result I helped him with designing a new bike livery and also the coveted Welsh Champion cycling apparel. Together with Blue Whippet Paintworks and Le Col this is a very cool project to be a part of. At the time of presenting this project, Gruff had just taken delivery of his frame and is currently building his custom bike from Blue Whippet Paintworks and his kit was in production with Le Col. Being a Welshman the bike design had to of course feature a dragon, having sourced the dragon graphic it was developed to hold the colours of the Welsh flag. A few avid cyclist fans may also recognise it as a version also featured on another famous welsh cyclists bike with Geraint Thomas.
