My responsibility during this project was to manage the brief, concepts and studio designers in order to create a full package of POS that Kodak markets could choose from as a kit, then manage the local markets requirements for POS, print and distribution.

In order for my studio to complete these graphics for these assets i was required to teach them how to use Cinema 4D to complete the Tessellation graphics that appeared on each asset.

I would also personally created 3D renders of each of the assets to send to the local markets for them to see the assets in order for them to choose which items they would require. Then I would manage the translation process and personally design and create the language version graphics, gain approval and manage the print and distribution of the assets, whilst always working to a budget and managing the clients funds on a global level.

Working with the lead global agency, Ogilvy, Tag are fully responsible for all localisation, translation/trans-creation, adaptation, printing, kitting and delivery of every single piece of POS and advertising material for EAMER – over 3,500 items annually

We produce, print, colour check, kit and deliver items to over 35 different locations in and around EAMER including: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, and the Middle East

As well as adaptation and customisation of globally produced creative work we also produce a huge number of items that bespoke to EAMER – such as in-store acrylic displays, sales tools, above the line advertising and range brochures.
