About me

Gianni Mangia was born in Lecce the 3rd of December 1981.His first passion was his pencil which he neglected only during his boyhood to realize wallpaintings.At 18 years old he arrived in Torino to study Graphic and virtual Design at University. Here his passion for painting on canvas grew up and he practiced day and night. In 2003 he created “pinocchio on the wheelchair” that became his trade mark and his works was signed alias J Man. Then he went to Spain, Valencia, where he has been lived for 2 years.There he started working on video production. Besides his personal production he teamed up with a web tv where he was in charge of editing documentaries and animations. Now he is in Italy, Milan where he cooperated with some postproduction studios. Actually heâ€(TM)s deal with motion graphic, animation and visual effects, but his favourite time is when he gets home and his passion become again a tool of his art. Surrealist and visionary, he travels with images, pictures and videos.*
