Getty Images launches Entertainment Internship for creative graduates

Published by

Getty Images, a world leader in visual communications, has announced the launch of a new internship within its Entertainment Team in London, in a year-long paid role.

Getty Images’ Entertainment Internship will provide a creative graduate with a 360 view of what it takes to be a successful editorial entertainment photographer and videographer in a world-class agency. The internship will provide the opportunity to work across fashion weeks, film festivals, red carpets and much more. The successful applicant will be supplied with full photography and videography equipment, courtesy of Getty Images’ partner Canon.

As part of Getty Images’ commitment to diversity and inclusion, applications are encouraged in particular from female, female identifying and non-binary applicants, as the business works to improve the representation of these individuals within the world of professional photography.

Since the inception of the Getty Images Grants program in 2004, Getty Images has donated over $1.5 million to photojournalists and creative photographers, furthering our commitment to the craft of photography and bringing attention to important stories that would otherwise remain unseen.

Applications are now open and will close on 31st July 2019. The successful applicant will be degree qualified in photography, video, production or similar studies, and available to work in London from October 2019 until September 2020.
