Partnering with BAE Systems, to deliver a recruitment campaign focused on employer branding and talent attraction.
I created a suite of engaging, on brand assets designed to clearly communicate career opportunities while aligning with BAE Systems’ established identity.
The campaign rolled out across multiple touch-points, including paid and organic social, as well as exhibition environments. Deliverables spanned digital assets, large-format exhibition graphics and supporting print materials — ensuring a consistent and recognisable presence throughout.
Results & impact
The campaign strengthened BAE Systems’ recruitment presence across digital and physical channels, increasing engagement with careers content. A cohesive asset system improved clarity of messaging, maintained brand consistency at every touchpoint, and created a more seamless experience for prospective candidates — both online and at live events.
