This project explores how complex, large-scale environments can be understood through a clear, intuitive interface - redefining how teams interact with real-time data in stadium operations.

Execution
A layered, motion-driven experience was designed to translate multiple data streams into a coherent system. A bird’s-eye view provides instant awareness of availability, network performance, and traffic patterns, while a dynamic venue map adds spatial context. Color-coded visuals and fluid motion reduce cognitive load, turning dense data into readable, actionable signals.

Results
An intelligent interface that enables proactive decision-making at scale - helping teams identify congestion, optimize network performance, and respond instantly. By combining AI, real-time data, and dynamic UX, the system transforms complexity into clarity when it matters most.
