I'm 36 and have been working for almost 20 years in Print/Design. I'm making the transition to Web, recently completing advanced levels in Flash/ActionScript3 and Adobe Flex3. I've been hand coding HTML and CSS for the majority of this year, and proficient in these areas. Currently studying MXML.
