A convergence of sports fandom and technology brought to life by Gen City Labs and the Detroit Lions. For several years this experience has ignited the passion of Lions fans, blurring the lines of the stands and the gridiron by being able to step up for a photo with Lions players and legends.

Using augmented reality, Gen City Labs created an experience that made fans at Ford Field feel like they were standing side by side with their favorite Lions players. Fans both young and old could step up for a unique on-screen experience with a curated selection of current players, or Lions hall-of-fame running back Barry Sanders. Once their photo was taken, fans would to receive the photo via email and could instantly share on social media.
