Between the 9th March and 17th April I designed a pattern each day - each based on a topical news story. These ranged from the main headlines to more obscure and quirky stories. In total I designed a set of 40 patterns and produced a publication showcasing each one alongside extracts of the original news story that inspired me. I also produced a pattern swatchbook to accompany this as well as selecting a few designs to be made into scarves - there are 12 of these in total.
