Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Department of Health. To help educate people about what they do and how their work, a video was commissioned to interview a range of people involved in both CHP and those who work with them. Directed and filmed by Tristan Anderson and Thomas Partridge of Film-Mode, the video covers 3 CHP partnerships in Liverpool, Coventry and Cumbria.
