About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apply for the 'Head of Design' position as advertised on creativepool.co.uk.

I am currently working as the Art Director for a London based parental magazine 'Rascals Of London' where I have complete visual authority and my responsibilities include establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for the publication. Previous to this I have worked in equally challenging roles such as the Creative Director for a global investment organisation and the Senior Interactive/Graphic Designer at one of the leading design agencies in the Costa Del So.

I have strong visual design skills, with a flair for creative ideas and an aptitude for learning quickly. I am a strong believer in a strategic and strict design process being the key to consistently high quality results. I put usability, accessibility, navigation issues and user centered design at the heart of my work.

I have an HND in Design, Audiovisual Production and Animation, and a BA (hons) degree in Interaction Design from Ravensbourne College.
