Madrid Fusión is a food festival that brings together the best chefs in the world. To prove the value of their creations, Madrid Fusión ran an unusual promotional campaign by posting a video on Twitter publicly asking Robert De Niro, a well-known foodie, to promote Madrid Fusión. Instead of paying him with money, the organisers offered to pay him with a 16 course menu prepared by five of the world's top chefs, just for him. He had 48 hours to answer and, remarkably, he said yes. At the beginning of 2022, he went to Madrid to have his meal and promote the festival.
