WHAT’S THE ROLE?  We’re looking for an Art Director to define, communicate, and deliver the artistic vision for an exciting new project. As a key member of the project leadership team, you will be accountable for the visual direction and quality of the game, balancing creative ambition with production realities, technical constraints, and commercial goals.   Working closely with the Game Director, Executive Producer and Development Leadership, you will guide and empower Art teams to deliver consistent, impactful results at scale. With a focus on creative leadership, clear decision-making, and team alignment, you will ensure the visual direction enhances gameplay, strengthens the player experience, and supports the overall success
