About me

After gaining a First Class Honours degree in Television Production, I went onto work as an Assistant Producer at Centre Screen Productions, producing Audio Visual and Multimedia programmes. I assist in all areas of production from research to finished product. Personally assisting Directors and Producers, I thrive on precision and accuracy. I am also capable of working professionally under pressure and solving problems as and when they occur.

I support the Director in all areas of creative production, managing the project and co-ordinating graphic designers and editors. At times, I can be working on 3 or 4 different jobs and it is for this reason that good organisation is of high importance. I am the key contact for everyone involved on the job, and I therefore have to ensure that I am always aware of the current status of the job; I could not do this without systematizing job files accordingly. Also, always being the main client contact, I have rapidly developed my communication skills and perfected my proficiency in dealing with a range of people at all levels. Working on a number of jobs has also increased my ability to prioritise. Working to production schedules, ensures that deadlines are met. In order to deliver programmes on time, I work long hours, however this does not defer my interest, as I am a very keen and motivated worker and therefore flexible in my approach.
