I successfully orchestrated a high-stakes, single-day shoot involving a 30-person cast across six distinct locations for our excellent partner at the Austrian agency The Comm. The execution required a masterclass in logistics: navigating rapid-fire transitions with barely 90 minutes per setup, while maintaining a synchronized workflow. By combining nerves of steel with meticulous planning, we transformed a high-risk scenario into a flawless delivery, capturing the entire scope of the project within a single day. This project stands as a testament to my ability to lead through crisis and turn intense logistical challenges into a premium final product.
