Comprehensive production management for a high-stakes campaign launch, coordinating a 2-day shoot across 4 locations. I navigated complex logistical transitions and oversaw a high-profile crew, including director Kilian Vrátník and DOP Tomáš Šťastný. My responsibilities included managing the intricate requirements of 3 principal actors and a trained animal (cat) on set. Despite unrelenting weather conditions and heavy rain, I ensured seamless synchronisation between the film unit and the photography team led by Vojta Veškrna, delivering a flawless production on schedule.
