Concept:
Fable Engineering came to Futurewave with a clear challenge: design an AI device that truly disappears into daily life. The result is Fable, an AI-powered smart ring that captures ideas and voice notes with a single press. No phone, no screen, no friction between thought and capture.

Execution:
The design follows calm computing principles, a seamless, minimal form with zero visual noise, engineered to wear like jewellery. Futurewave led the full process: product architecture, form development, CMF direction, and pre-industrialization. Behind the form sits a context-aware AI layer that organizes and resurfaces captured thoughts, adapting to the user's patterns over time.

Result:
A new typology in wearable design, ambient intelligence worn on the hand. Designed for San Francisco-based Fable Engineering.
