In collaboration with Exwalt, we set out to transform the overwhelming complexity of urban traffic into a clear and engaging visual story - one that city planners and citizens alike could understand at a glance.

Approach
We designed a motion piece where every vehicle, intersection, and data stream became a dynamic signal of city life. Through smooth transitions, layered reveals, and guided zooms, the platform moves from the big picture of urban flow to the fine detail of street-level interactions. Every animation was intentional - balancing aesthetics with clarity and trust.

Result
The final experience feels alive, human, and intelligent. Instead of static dashboards, the platform tells the heartbeat of the city in motion, empowering smarter decisions, reducing congestion, and enabling sustainable planning.
