Concept
The goal was to create a data-driven dashboard that provides real-time insights into factory operations. Instead of static charts, the aim was to develop an interface that gives operators, shift leads, and managers immediate access to actionable data - transforming factory activity into an easily understood visual story. The challenge was to make complex production data accessible at a glance, focusing on clarity, real-time decision-making, and performance monitoring.

Execution
We designed a smart dashboard where each production phase (packing, labeling, riveting, cutting) is tracked across synchronized lines. Using interactive charts and dynamic flow blocks, each production line has a live pulse, showing real-time performance with visual cues for timing, flow, and efficiency. Machine "vitals" give operators immediate context on each cell's status, and a live map tracks location-based issues, guiding attention where it’s most needed. The dashboard also includes KPIs, performance tracking, and operational data - all designed for quick understanding and actionable insights.

Results
The final product empowers factory managers and floor supervisors to make decisions faster and with greater precision. Instead of switching between reports and systems, they now have real-time, visual insights that help them anticipate problems before they escalate. Clarity is achieved by eliminating unnecessary complexity, providing a user-centered interface that is intuitive and easily navigated. The dashboard has proven to increase operational efficiency by enabling teams to quickly identify trends, monitor performance, and adjust workflows in real time.
