This document was designed to provide guidance on different learning styles based on the VARK and Honey and Mumford theories of learning to the Training Team I was part of, and the Instructional Design Team I was managing. This was part of a series of documents I developed to upskill the team and create practical reference guides to support the development of learning content.

I used Adobe Illustrator for the illustrative elements and InDesign for the overall design, including the interactive links at the end. For interactivity - the PDF needs to be opened directly in the browser or opened in Acrobat Reader.
