TIH (Truist Insurance) – Rebranding one of the US’s best known insurance brands.
Truist is one of the United States’ biggest and best known banks and financial services brands. When they decided to divest from the insurance side of the business the new, and now independent, insurance brand needed a makeover.
As the fifth largest and one of the most established insurance brokerages in North America, the new investors were keen to retain the reputational capital of the TIH name, as Truist Insurance Holdings had come to be known. However, now that the T in TIH no longer stood for Truist, a new brand language — as well as a new visual identity — needed to be forged.
