Svenska Spel is a gambling company that provides services online (easily compared with Unibet). The main focus on the thesis was to understand how the customer interacted with their mobile service.

My task at Svenska Spel was to evaluate the new younger generation customer using the service to understand and demonstrate the problem situations they might encounter while using the service. The last task ended with design proposals that solve the major risks the customer may encounter.
