ABOUT
Since 1964 rehabilitating children and adolescents with physical disabilities, the Associação Mineira de Reabilitação (AMR) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization.
AMR serves about 500 physically disabled children and adolescents, most of whom are due to cerebral palsy and other neurological syndromes.
It works with a multidisciplinary team of professionals specialized in the areas of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Music Therapy, Sports Medicine, Dentistry, Social Work, Neurology, Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery.
The AMR is a reference in the multidisciplinary care of motor rehabilitation in the state of Minas Gerais. AMR provides services to Belo Horizonte and 22 other municipalities in the Metropolitan Region.
Provide health care services, especially in the area of rehabilitation, promoting the social inclusion of the child with physical disability, through a qualified and innovative work.
