This tap faucet was done as a live project for Ideal Standard. The brief was to design a bath/shower mixer for the home which took advantage of the thermostatic valve, something which has not yet been fully introduced into the UK. For this reason alone, I decided to create an asymmetrical interface that would help users differentiate between "power" and "temperature" instead of the conventional "hot" and "cold" controls that are so abundant in todays market.

This design got shortlisted by the company and I was selected to present my concept to the marketing directors at Ideal Standard.
