About me
For nine years I worked as the PR Executive for Suttons Consumer Products looking after the PR for all brands under the company's umbrella (Suttons Seeds, Dobies Of Devon, Ferndale Lodge). Campaigns to note were the Lubera 'Redlove Apple', James Wong's Homegrown Revolution Range and the 'Cucamelon Fever' that came as a result of this campaign.
I decided to spread my wings and start Rabbit Attack PR in 2014. I have managed public relations and run campaigns for various clients which include: British Beekeepers Association, Lubera, Simply Skincare, Suttons Seeds, .uk, Rude Botany, Hawkesmill Nurseries, GardenTags, Stiga Ltd, Hatty Boots, Saunders & Lingard and Ginger Horticulture, David Hedges Gower, Atco Lawnmowers, Stiga Lawnmowers, Mountfield Lawnmowers, Barnsdale Gardens, Burpee Europe, Safe Soil UK and The Lawn Association to name but a few.
I have extensive experience in press release writing and ensuring that the brands I promote have varied and wide coverage in magazines, blogs, regional and national newspapers as well as TV and radio. I have an extremely good working relationship with a wide spectrum of journalists and bloggers and I have a reputation for the quickest response time in the industry.
I enjoy the creativity of forming ideas for consumer and trade shows and press launches and always bring some theatre with a twist to these events. As the brand spokesperson, I have arranged interviews (and been interviewed) on numerous occasions on television and radio. Plus, and possibly the most important factor, I love PR and believe this can be fun and inspiring, as well as a creative way to highlight brands and products.
I also interview bands and review classic rock albums for the online rock music website . I'm passionate about music and used to drum in a thrash metal Elvis cover band when I lived in Amsterdam.
