About Francesca
I am an ambitious Design Studio Manager with experience of working across product, print and digital design. I am currently managing the in-house design studio of a major international law firm, driving the team to successfully deliver over 2000 print and digital projects a year. I am seeking a challenging new role in London with scope to develop and make an impact.
As a proven manager I feel my main strengths are: my ability to see simplicity amongst complexity and use that vision appropriately for the organisation, my ability to organise efficient workflows and my ability to generate consensus in the working teams.
