The other Eichler Homes community in the San Francisco East Bay is Rancho San Miguel, located in the city of Walnut Creek. This development of over 375 homes (wow, that’s a lot!) is very near and dear to my heart, because I lived in Walnut Creek for a time, and also had the pleasure of working on some of these homes in my former life as a home improvement contractor. One of these was the very cool E-111 atrium model shown in this post’s MOD-icon.
