A couple blocks over from the Rancho del Diablo Eichler development in Concord, California that I posted yesterday is Rancho de los Santos. They’re so close in fact, that I assumed they were the same neighborhood until my recent research. I even put them on the same map. Rancho de los Santos consists of about 40 smaller Eichlers designed and built between 1963 and 1965 by A. Quincy Jones, Claude Oakland, and Emmons & Associates.
