A few blocks away from own neighborhood of Eastridge is another Streng Bros Homes development built in the 1970s, called Hidden Ridge. Despite only having about 50 Streng homes, it has quite a few unique models and variants of well-known models.

There’s even a Jim Plumb designed home currently on the market. These models are quite rare, and one of only 2 (both variants of Plan 223 designed by Jim Plumb) not designed by Carter Sparks. With a little TLC I’m sure this home could be really cool.
