The last Streng Bros Homes neighborhood in this series (for now) is Williamson Ranch, located in the up and coming city of Elk Grove. Fittingly, this was also one of the last developments Jim and Bill Streng built, with the majority of these homes being built in the mid to late 1980s. Of the nearly 200 homes in this neighborhood, there are a bunch of unique models, like the 402 Z plan featured in this post’s MOD-icon, that one of my clients recently sold.

These minimalist house illustrations are a great way to show off these unique homes, and also make great gifts.
