This last Walnut Creek Eichler tract doesn’t actually haver an official name that I’m aware of. I’ve seen it called Valley Vista, as well as The Super Seven. Although I think it’s technically part of Northgate. Either way, this cluster of just 7 Super Eichlers is very cool, and contains some of the most valuable Eichler Homes in the East Bay, with houses selling for well over $2M.

One story I heard is that 7 doctors approached Joseph Eichler specifically to build these unique homes. Like Northgate, these homes were built quite late in his career and life, in 1971. Whatever the reason for its existence, this neighborhood makes for some neat MOD-icon, map, and plaque artwork that I’m sure any Eichler owner or enthusiast would love.
