Moving across the San Francisco Bay from Marin, over some bridges and through some mountains, is the city of Concord in Contra Costa County. There you’ll find 3 more Eichler developments. For this post I’m focusing on Rancho del Diablo, a community of about 65 smaller but well maintained Eichler homes built in 1963. As a former Concord resident, I would come over here pretty often to walk around and look at all the cool homes.
