Project work for the folio society illustration competition. The book that year was Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad I took inspiration from 'Apocalypse Now' for setting the atmosphere within the images. I focused mostly on character as that is what interested me most from the narrative. This was my first experience trying to marry my sketches with Photoshop.
