Caffe Nero wanted to better understand their most loyal customer needs, as well as understand drivers to frequency and how to further optimise.

We conducted a research prorgramme evaluating loyalty app data, as well as conducting focus groups with loyal customers in different cafes across the UK to better understand their needs, and reactions to the core proposition as well as ideate around food offering vs. competitors.

The research programme provided valuable customer insights for caffe nero to develop their core proposition, loyalty scheme and communications.
