ABOUT
Pepsi had announced its sponsorship of the Street Rock festival. We created a campaign that would transform real stories told by consumers into music.
The campaign resulted in the song “The Song of Perrengue”, which celebrated the difficulties, which sometimes turn into happiness, that bands and fans face together in the name of their love for Rock. The song was made available online to represent this entire movement.
The campaign was voluntary, and to participate, all you had to do was send your story through the brand's social networks. Pepsi randomly selected situations that could, or could not, become inspiration for a musical composition, which would be owned by PEPSICO.
The Street Rock festival, one of the most traditional events in the independent scene, was in its 26th edition.
With a low investment in the campaign, from production to media, we did a good job. Totally handmade production, in partnership with HEFTY audio, video makers, we recorded the clip. I made the logo by drawing and then in the form of a stamp to gain authenticity.
