The client required simple and corporate-looking letterhead and purchase order templates that complemented their logo design. I used the angles and colours from their logo to create shaded areas that organized the information, using Adobe Illustrator, then imported the graphics into Microsoft Word and added text. The purchase order template contained a table that used Word's form fields, enabling users to easily fill out the information using the tab key; the table also included automated calculation functions.
