The project’s main purpose is the willing to let the salt marches’ visitors live a full immersion in this unusual and surprising landscape, dominated by warm colors like ocher and deep pink, predominantly during the salt cultivation season.
In order to reach this goal, every visitor’s cottage allows salt water to enter into rooms along with light, both coming from a clean cut at the base of the rooms’ walls.
Every small residence has a versatile configuration, shaped by the salt marshes’ walls on which it’s founded.
Inside visitors live the experience of being in a kind of intimate cave, lit with rosy light because of the reflection of sunlight on pink water and particularly suitable for relax and meditation.
