In the Philippines, banking has been notoriously underdeveloped. Enter UnionBank, a relatively smaller bank which went under a total digital transformation to bring 21st century digital banking to the country via UB Online App. To introduce the app, UB came up with a campaign that poked fun on traditional banking like having to wait in long queues, the need to go to the bank or call the hotline for even the simplest transactions.

Finally! Finally, Filipinos has digital banking that adjusts to the way they live instead of the other way around. This “finally” feeling is shown in a campaign, led by a main film that features Filipinos going all-out in celebrating their happy realization.

* UB Online downloads increased by 402.26% (March 2019 to January 2020)
* Account openings thru UB Online grew by 712.16% (February to September 2020)
