ABOUT
Outdoor Advertising on a Large-Format Screen A vibrant digital billboard for the Medical Olympad 2025 medical forum. The design combines dynamic underwater world visualization with the key event message, attracting attention in the urban environment and emphasizing the innovative nature of the event.Process: The work began with analyzing the event's brand book — the main color palette featured deep blue with turquoise accents. In Adobe Illustrator, vector abstract shapes of DNA and microscopic particles were created, then imported into Photoshop for applying textures and gradients. References of large billboards were collected. The final layout was assembled in Photoshop with multiple layers for easy editing, adapted to a 16:9 ratio with safe zone margins, and exported in high resolution for LED screens.
Street Banner for the Medical Summit Outdoor advertising for an international medical summit. The composition is built around portraits of key speakers and concise typography, ensuring high readability and a professional image of the event even from a great distance.Process: The client provided photos of the speakers. In Photoshop, lighting, retouching, and backgrounds of the portraits were unified. Text blocks and logo were prepared as vectors in Illustrator. Several layout options were tested in Illustrator (horizontal row, circular composition). The horizontal row was chosen for maximum readability. The final layout was assembled in CorelDRAW for precise preparation for large-format printing, with checks at a 1:10 scale.
Nighttime Digital Screens in Urban Environment A series of nighttime advertising screens for a medical conference. Dark background with bright accents creates contrast and ensures excellent visibility in the evening, enhancing the atmosphere of technology and modernity.Process: Considering nighttime placement, a dark background with bright accents was chosen immediately. References were gathered from nighttime billboards in major cities. In Illustrator, vector silhouettes of medical instruments and glow elements were created using gradients and transparency. Textures and final color corrections were added in Photoshop. Layouts were prepared in CorelDRAW with increased color saturation for LED screens and exported in RGB at high resolution.
Event Informational Brochure A multi-page trifold brochure for the medical forum. Clean minimalist design with premium typography, infographics, and branded elements creates a sense of exclusivity and helps participants quickly navigate the event program.Process: Started with selecting the format and post-print finishing (foil stamping, selective UV varnish). Three layout concepts were developed in Adobe Illustrator; the clean minimalist one won, with clear information hierarchy and focus on readability. Vector icons and infographics were created in Illustrator, photos processed in Photoshop. The grid and trifold unfold were precisely worked out in CorelDRAW, taking into account creasing and folding. Final files were prepared in CMYK + Pantone with bleeds and crop marks for the printing house.
Event Awards: Desktop Flags, Medals, and Main Statuette A set of awards for winners and speakers of the medical olympiad: branded desktop flags, classic medals (gold, silver, bronze), and a premium glass statuette with gold-engraved medical emblem on a wooden base. Everything is executed in a unified style, emphasizing the prestige of the event.Process: Collaborated with several award manufacturers. In Adobe Illustrator, designs were developed for desktop flags (mini flags on stands), vector layouts for medals with relief medical symbolism, and the statuette outline. Separate versions for gold, silver, and bronze medals were prepared. In CorelDRAW, precise technical drawings were created for engraving and laser cutting of glass, as well as files for sublimation printing on flag fabric. Realistic mockups of all elements in different materials were made in Photoshop. Final specifications with dimensions, materials, and assembly recommendations were sent to production.
Entrance Arches and Welcome Zones Branded entrance structures for the conference entry area. Minimalist design with logo backlighting creates a festive atmosphere and serves as an ideal photo zone for participants.Process: Took into account dimensions (height 4 m). References — welcome zones from major conferences. In Illustrator, a modular vector scheme of the frame and banner was developed. The logo was placed centrally, considering the backlight zone. Realistic mockups were created in Blender. Technical drawings and high-resolution banner print files were prepared in CorelDRAW for the installation company.
Branded Flagpoles A series of outdoor flagpoles with corporate flags for decorating the medical forum territory. Clean minimalist flag design with logo and brand key colors ensures high visibility and creates a festive atmosphere in open space.Process: Considered flagpole height and wind load. In Adobe Illustrator, flag designs of several sizes were developed with central logo placement and minimalist branding elements. Different placement options were tested for distant readability. Flag layouts were prepared in CorelDRAW, taking into account sublimation printing technology on fabric with double-sided penetration. Realistic mockups were created in Photoshop. Final files with bleeds and technical recommendations were sent to the manufacturer.
Workbooks and Methodical Materials Development of workbooks and reference guides for olympiad participants. Convenient structure, infographics, and branded elements help effectively record knowledge during master classes and lectures.Process: Analyzed the program and identified sections. In Illustrator, a set of vector icons (heart, brain, DNA) and infographics was created. Page template with note-taking areas was assembled in CorelDRAW. Two-color printing was chosen with an accent third color. Perforation was added. The final PDF was prepared in CorelDRAW with bleeds and color control for the printing house.
