About me

An accredited Additional Inspector. Currently a quality and advisory consultant and has held senior management positions in the welfare to work and foundation learning sector for 18 years. Experience includes quality assurance and improvement of large national training and employment contracts in addition to the assessment/auditing of a wide range of organisations for different UK Quality Standards. Particular areas of expertise are in quality improvement, the implementation of national quality standards, environmental sustainability, employability skills and foundation level learning.

I Work with different sectors of industry to support and implement change, quality and business improvement including supporting organisations with Merlin assessment activities and Ofsted inspection activities.
