This self-directed project was influenced by the concept of ‘beauty’ and social media standards. I wanted to portray that all body shapes are beautiful and that curvy women need to be praised more. This project challenged social media’s beauty standards and also redefined the idea of what a ‘normal’ body looks like. Stretch marks, scars and cellulite are all natural!
