Luz (Light) is a documentary film about the development of body and emotional experiences during pregnancy and maternity.

Luz tells in an intimate way the story of Grace Sisto, focusing on her pregnancy and the changes she is experiencing in this new stage of her life. The intention of this documentary is to approach Grace in a personal, artistic and real way.
Through Grace's passion for Yoga, this documentary analyzes the interesting relationship between body and mind. A relationship that, from my point of view, is sharpened and reaches its peak during pregnancy.
